Sam is a true professional. The crew were the best. They worked and researched until they got it right. Salesman gave us the wrong unit, 3 ton. Had problems for two week cooling.

Sam researched and found we need a 5 ton. They uninstalled and reinstalled the new one for no charge, same price. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend.
