We had an issue with our air not cooling properly. Joshua Petry and another associate were sent out to check the issue. Joshua was able to determine the issue right away that the 2nd stage motor was not turning on and was very helpful, friendly, and professional in resolving the issue. Once he fixed the issue which we could notice a big difference, he also checked the air flow as we had also mentioned that was a concern of ours long term and wanted to make sure it was flowing properly. He was also able to expand that as well to the maximum room that was available. Really appreciate the excellent and prompt service!
